AI-DTXR LAB's mission is to make spaces intelligent and decisions visible. We deeply integrate AI, Digital Twin, and Extended Reality across architectural design, construction management, sustainable monitoring, and spatial experience innovation.

The lab adopts a "One-Brain Three-Domain" architecture — AI as the intelligent core orchestrating three domains: Smart Automation, Low-Carbon Monitoring, and Digital Immersion, forming a complete research ecosystem from data sensing and simulation analysis to immersive presentation.

Three highlighted research projects from the lab
Developed an immersive VR navigation system for residential pre-sale housing. Validated user acceptance via Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
Using LiDAR scanning to build high-precision Digital Twin of heritage tunnels, combined with XR for structural safety assessment and restoration planning.
LiDAR-built Digital Twin of Tamsui heritage site with eye-tracking to quantify visitor visual attention for nighttime lighting evaluation.
