Developing and Evaluating a VR-Based Navigation System for Pre-sale Housing Sales
針對集合住宅預售屋銷售情境,開發結合 3D 建模的沉浸式 VR 導覽系統。研究使用 HTC VIVE(PC 端頭戴)與 Samsung Gear VR + Galaxy S7(行動端)兩種裝置,建模工具採用 SketchUp、Lumion 與 Enscape 渲染管線。以 TAM(科技使用模式)量表驗證使用者接受度,比較傳統平面圖說與 VR 體驗對空間感知、購買意願的影響差異。

BIM-XR vs. Traditional Design Process: Aesthetics, Gaze Tracking & Perceived Usefulness
以 BIM 為基礎建構 XR 沉浸式設計模擬環境,應用於辦公建築室內設計決策。研究從三個維度比較 BIM-XR 與傳統設計流程的差異:美學感知、眼動追蹤視線分佈、以及用戶感知有用性(TAM 模型)。研究發現 XR 組的設計決策速度與滿意度均顯著提升,並可有效減少設計返工率。
Built a BIM-based XR immersive design simulation for office interior decision-making. Compared BIM-XR with traditional processes across three dimensions: aesthetic perception, gaze tracking distribution, and perceived usefulness (TAM model).
Heritage Tunnel Restoration: Digital Twins & XR Technology Application
針對具有歷史價值的古蹟隧道,以 LiDAR 三維掃描建立高精度點雲模型,進而建構數位孿生系統。結合 XR 技術進行結構安全評估與修復規劃可視化,在維護歷史價值與確保結構安全之間取得平衡。研究提出一套「革命性應用框架」,可有效應用於國內外各類古蹟維護工程。

以 LiDAR 掃描淡水古蹟建立高精度數位孿生模型,在虛擬環境中測試多種夜間照明策略方案,並結合眼動追蹤設備量化參觀者的視覺注意力分佈與人本感知評估。研究突破傳統照明設計需要實體施作才能評估的限制,提供一套低成本、高效率的文化遺產照明規劃決策工具。

延續預售屋 VR 研究脈絡,本研究以商業建築為案例,精確量化 VR 技術對空間體驗的提升幅度。研究設計採對照組實驗(傳統 2D 圖說 vs. VR 沉浸體驗),從空間感知、情緒反應、臨場感(Presence)三個維度評估差異,並以統計方法計算 VR 帶來的具體改善量值,為建築展示與銷售領域的 VR 應用提供實證基礎。
A follow-up to the pre-sale housing study, this research precisely quantifies VR's improvement on spatial experience in commercial building contexts. Experimental design compared 2D drawings vs. VR immersion across spatial perception, emotional response, and presence dimensions.
